Tammi’s background is in higher education administration and special education law. Tammi’s heart for the work of OFSN comes from her lived experience as a parent to a child who experiences ADHD and anxiety, and another child who is on the autism spectrum. It is her goal to reduce the alienation and stereotypes that children with behavioral challenges face in many areas of their lives. Tammi and her husband own a farm north of Eugene and she loves to make goat cheese and designer soaps.

Training Coordinator – Victoria Haight

Victoria is the statewide training coordinator for the Oregon Family Support Network. She brings over ten years of experience as a trainer and advocate for families of children experiencing disability. As a parent herself, Victoria knows the joys and challenges of raising a child with developmental and other mental health issues. Victoria believes in using a strength based approach for all children and families. She also believes in chocolate.

Statewide Trainer – Shawna Canaga

Shawna Canaga is a born and bred Salem native. She has one beautiful duughter, and became a grandma for the first time in 2014. Shawna has joined Oregon Family Support Network as our Statewide Wraparound Trainer. This position will allow Shawna to continue her years of work around family and youth support and advocacy. Before coming to OFSN Shawna has been a case manager for homeless/disconnected youth and families, as well as a recovery specialist for the school district. She has a passion for empowering others, as well as helping with resource education and access in her community. In her downtime you can find Shawna enjoying a good hike, cooking for family and friends, or enjoying a day of thrift store shopping.

Shannon Boyette – Peer Coach/Technical Assistance Coordinator

Shannon began her journey with OFSN as a volunteer and became an employee in 1997. Her lived experience comes from raising her children who experience various developmental and mental health needs. Shannon brings strength in navigating multi-systems at one time. Her background is in alcohol and drug counseling and psychology. While working for OFSN she started her goal towards getting her CADC. Shannon brings positiveness into all that she does. She believes the journey in her own life has made her successes today and would not change it. Outside work she enjoys hiking, waterfalls and riding motorcycles.

felicia-marshallFelicia Marshall – Training Program Assistant

Felicia is a graduate student at Western Oregon University. She is earning her Masters in Special Education and is passionate about supporting families and youth with mental, behavioral, and developmental disabilities. Felicia also enjoys coaching cheer at WOU, spending time with her family, and developing as a professional in the field of Special Education.
