Interim Executive Director | Tammi Paul

Tammi’s background is in higher education administration and special education law. Tammi’s heart for the work of OFSN comes from her lived experience as a parent to a child who experiences ADHD and anxiety, and another child who is on the autism spectrum. It is her goal to reduce the alienation and stereotypes that children with behavioral challenges face in the many aspects of their lives. Tammi and her husband own a farm north of Eugene and she loves to make goat cheese and designer soap.

Family Support Services Director | Lisa Butler

Lisa is a married mother of four. She spent the last 8 years advocating for her son’s special needs in multiple systems and in the community. She believes in advocating for families to ensure their voice is heard and valued. Lisa has years of experience in different youth-serving systems such as DHS and juvenile justice. As someone in recovery, she uses her own lived life experiences to empower other families to be heard and valued in a way that is individualized and meaningful.

Gwen comes to OFSN with a diverse background. Originally from Maui, Hawaii she moved to Oregon in 1999. Married, mother of 2 she has spent many years volunteering in her church community and her children’s sports activities. She believes in making a difference in lives around her especially when it comes to children’s future. She enjoys dancing hula, scrapbooking, spending time with family and traveling. She also believes in living the “PONO” way; to be in a state of harmony or balance with oneself, others, the land, work and life itself.

 

Victoria Haight |Training & Workforce Development Manager

Victoria Haight, Training & Workforce Development Manager

Victoria has 20 years of experience providing training, support and technical assistance to families of children experiencing disability statewide. She has served on local committees and advisory boards and served 4 years on the State Rehabilitation Council (SRC). As a parent herself, she knows the joys and challenges of raising a child with developmental and other mental health challenges.  Victoria believes in using a strength-based approach for all children and families and loves “Collaborative Problem Solving”. And chocolate.
