Regional Director – Brandy Hemsley
As a parent of two youth who experience autism and mental health challenges, Brandy brings many years of shared lived experience to her work with OFSN. She is passionate about advocacy on behalf of youth and families and has an extensive professional background in human services. She holds degrees in Human Development and Economics, and has a strong interest in mental health and social policy. Her goal is that the voices of all families and youth are heard and respected. Raised in the South, Brandy has lived in the Pacific Northwest since 1997. She shares her home with her husband, two teenage sons and a cantankerous tabby cat. She loves video games, science fiction, knitting and strong black coffee.
Signe Miller – Coordinator
Signe provides support to over 30 families in Lincoln County by facilitating support groups, teaching parenting skills, and helping parents work effectively with schools and with services, such as mental health services and developmental disabilities services. Signe helps families navigate the bureaucracies of schools and services, connects families with helpful resources, and she also advocates for policies that support family-centered services by working on local committees.
Jodi Pereira – Family Partner & Youth Activity Leader
