Reach Out Oregon Family Discussion

The Reach Out Oregon Family Discussion is a welcoming, peer-led support space where parents and caregivers can connect, share, and learn from one another in a safe and judgment-free environment. Facilitated by trained Family Support Specialists, this group centers the real-life experiences of families navigating children’s emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs. Participants can ask questions, explore challenges, and gain practical tools while building meaningful connections with others who understand. Whether you are looking for support, resources, or simply a place to be heard, the Family Discussion offers a flexible and accessible way to find community and strengthen your journey as a caregiver.
