▪ The phases of family support and the essential skill sets at each stage
▪ Strategies for preparing your organization to welcome and sustain a lived experience workforce
We will also dive into a developmental approach to supervision, focusing on the three key supervision domains:
▪ Supervision of family work
▪ Performance support
▪ Professional growth
You will also learn best practices for documentation and maintaining alignment with the values of peer support.
