Resource Connections of Oregon – support for adults, Linn, Marion, & Yamhill Counties
RCO focuses exclusively on case management services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities who live in their own homes or with family or friends in Linn, Marion and Yamhill Counties.

Irco – Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization – Portland area
*Support for immigrants and refugees. Community based program helps ease transition to a new life in a new country. Support is available in nearly 100 languages.
OFSN Family Support Groups
*This support group is for families whose youth identify as transgender, gender non-binary, or questioning their assigned gender or sexual orientation. Facilitated by an OFSN Family Partner with lived experience.

Project ABLE
*Project ABLE serves adults (over the age of 18) who are, or have been, recipients of mental health services and/or who have been isolated due to other chronic health and wellness conditions. Project ABLE offers programs to residents of six northwestern Oregon counties including Marion, Polk, Yamhill, Tillamook, Linn, and Multnomah.
