Regional Manager – Jessie Carpenter

Jessie is the mother of an 8-year-old son.  Jessie has been involved in family support work for the last 15 years.  She came to OFSN after many years working with children and families at the Relief Nursery.  Jessie believes that under any circumstances, parenting can be challenging, but with enough support, families can thrive.  She is committed to working with her team to provide high quality services to families in Lane County.

Debra and her husband have four adult sons. She has been involved with OFSN since 1995. Her family received Wraparound services and now she is a Wrap Family Partner. She helps parents and caregivers navigate between the Mental Health System and the Education system, by participating in Individual Education Plan meetings with parents and caregivers. In 2007 when her youngest son graduated high school, she enrolled in Portland State University’s school of social work. She proudly graduated in 2010 with a Masters in Social Work in Community Practice, which means she works within systems to help make them work better.  She also volunteers at a local community theater.

Gina is a single parent of  two amazing daughters.  She comes to OFSN with life experience navigating systems and knowledge of working with families with diverse backgrounds.  She was a Youth Advocate and a Women’s Advocate in previous work and feels passionate about serving people who are not being heard. Gina has first-hand knowledge of children with mental health challenges due to her child’s anxiety disorder. Raising her two daughters has been her biggest accomplishment. She believes every day is a new beginning and is a new opportunity for health and happiness.


Christianna Rhoads – Administrative Assistant

Christianna is the mother of two young adult sons, one with co-occurring developmental and mental health disorders. Her desire to work in family support became apparent after being introduced to the profession through her own family partner in 2005, when her son was 4 years old. Christianna has worked in a variety of family support roles since 2007 including direct service with families, family partner training and certification and serving as the state family partner subject matter expert in Texas. Christianna also holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin. She came to OFSN in January 2019, after recently relocating as part of a family wellness plan. Christianna considers herself a “Mother Warrior” and is a fierce advocate for children and families.
